Project description

This project focused on analyzing and reimagining the user experience of a no-code AI Self-Editor. Through competitor benchmarking, pain point discovery, and detailed user flow mapping, the goal was to simplify complex editing processes into seamless, intuitive journeys powered by AI. The outcome is a set of refined user journeys that balance flexibility, usability, and intelligence—making creation accessible to all.

The primary objective was to create an intuitive and reliable app that integrates seamlessly with smart suitcases, offering functionalities such as remote locking and unlocking, battery level monitoring, and real-time notifications if the suitcase moves beyond a certain distance from the user. The project aimed to enhance the travel experience by providing users with ultimate control and security over their luggage, reducing stress and improving convenience during journeys.

From there, I mapped detailed user journeys to uncover where creators faced friction, such as complex onboarding flows and scattered editing controls.

Analyzed leading no-code editors to uncover usability gaps, redundant flows, and opportunities for innovation. This research provided a clear picture of industry standards while highlighting areas where AI could deliver differentiation and simplicity.

User Journeys & Insights

Mapped end-to-end user journeys to uncover where creators struggle within existing no-code editors. The research highlighted friction points such as overwhelming onboarding steps, scattered editing controls, and lack of contextual guidance. By visualizing the journey, I identified critical opportunities where AI could step in to simplify tasks, reduce cognitive load, and deliver a smoother, more empowering editing experience.
